OvuPlan

Effective 23 August 2026

OvuPlan Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OvuPlan. By creating an account, you agree to them. OvuPlan is operated in the United Kingdom; questions can be sent to support@ovuplan.co.uk.

What OvuPlan provides

OvuPlan is a personal organisational service for recording fertility-treatment schedules, appointments, supplies, reminders and information you choose to enter. Features may change as the service develops.

Not medical care

OvuPlan does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medication verification, clinical monitoring or emergency assistance. It does not replace instructions from your clinic or another qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for checking entries and following professional advice.

Your account and information

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your device and use OvuPlan lawfully. Only enter another person’s information if you have authority to do so. You retain ownership of the information you enter and grant OvuPlan the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service.

Free follicle tracker

An account may record and chart follicle measurements without payment. This free feature stores information you enter for organisational purposes and does not interpret scans or provide medical advice.

Cycle Pass and payment

A Cycle Pass costs £19.99 and provides 90 days of full OvuPlan access. A pass bought while another is active extends from the current end date; otherwise it starts when Stripe confirms payment. It is a one-time purchase with no free trial, automatic renewal or recurring charge. Stripe collects the payment details and charges the full displayed amount when Checkout completes.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@ovuplan.co.uk. A refund you ask for is handled by a person through Stripe. When Stripe confirms a full refund, the Cycle Pass ends immediately. Your records are not deleted: follicle tracking remains available, and you can continue to read treatment history and export your account data. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Occasionally a payment succeeds but the Cycle Pass is never delivered — most often because the account was deleted in the moments between paying and delivery. You do not have to notice this or ask us about it. We check for such payments every day and return them to the card that paid, without being asked. If we cannot return one automatically, a person deals with it instead.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, upload unlawful material or use OvuPlan to provide clinical services to others. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep OvuPlan available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep clinic instructions independently available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, OvuPlan is not responsible for clinical decisions, missed treatment caused by reliance on user-entered information, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Ending use

When a Cycle Pass expires, paid features become a read-only archive rather than being deleted, while follicle tracking remains available. You can export or delete your information from Settings at any time. We may stop offering the service with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership and lawful limitations of liability, continue to apply.

Licensed medication terminology

OvuPlan's medication catalogue includes dm+d (Dictionary of Medicines and Devices), NHSBSA Copyright 2026. This information is licensed under the terms of the Open Government Licence v3.0. This acknowledgement does not imply NHSBSA endorsement of OvuPlan.

Changes and law

Material changes will be communicated in the app and acceptance requested where appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
